GENERAL
  • How do I register for an online account?

    If you do not have an account with us, you will need to fill out a credit application by selecting “I am new to Reynolds and would like to open a commercial account” from the sign up page.

  • I registered for an online account, why can’t I log in yet?

    Once you register for an online account, our e-commerce team will verify your information with our credit department. When your information has been verified, you will receive an email within 48 hours notifying you that your account has been activated – which means you can start shopping!

  • I forgot my password, how can I retrieve it?

    On the sign in screen select “Forgot My Password” beneath the “Sign In” button. Enter your username (your email address) and the email address where you want your password sent. Click “Retrieve Password”. You will then receive an email with your password information.

  • How do I change my password?

    After you log in, go to “My Account” on the left side of the page. Click “Change Password”. After you have entered your old and new password, click “Update”. You will then receive an email confirmation that your password has been changed.

ORDER AND PROCESSING
  • What is a ship to?

    This is the location that you would like your product to ship to. If you do not see the address you are needing select any ship to from the given list to proceed to the home page. Once on the home page select “Ship To Add/Edit” under “My Account”. Our team will review the account change, and make the necessary changes.

  • Can I see my company’s part numbers online?
  • Can I look up invoices online?

    Yes, once you are logged in go to the shop tab at the top of your screen. You will see “Order Status” on the left side of the page. From there you will find “Order History” where you can search for open and paid invoices.

  • Can I check the status of my order?

    Yes! Once you are logged in go to the shop tab at the top of your screen. You can check to see if an order has shipped by going to “Order Status” on the left side of the page. Your order status will be listed under “Open Orders”.

  • Can I pay an invoice online?

    You cannot currently pay an invoice online. However, you can email or print past invoices and open orders.

  • How are taxes calculated?
  • How is shipping calculated?

    Your shipping fee will be calculated based on the carrier and shipping method you choose. The shipping fee will be added to your final invoice.

  • How do I cancel or edit an order?

  • Why can I not see pricing?
  • What if I find incorrect product information?
  • My online pricing does not seem correct, who should I contact?
  • I can’t find the product I want.

    The Reynolds Company represents over 70,000 products, but not all of them are available on our ecommerce site. Please contact your sales representative if you cannot not find what you need online.

MOBILE APP
  • Why should I download the Reynolds mobile app? Is it different than the website?

    Our mobile app has all of the features as our website plus more. One unique feature of the mobile app is the scan button. Simply scan any product bar code using your mobile device, and that will bring you to the product’s page in our online catalog.
