We have been dedicated to employee satisfaction since 1984, when Don Reynolds Sr. opened our first location in Dallas, Texas. In 2018, The Reynolds Company became part of McNaughton-McKay Electric Company, our parent company, headquartered in Madison Heights, Michigan. Together, combined with all of our brands, we now have 60+ locations in the US and Germany. This partnership also allows our employees to participate in the McNaughton-McKay Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
