The Reynolds Company is defined by our open and vibrant culture as part of one of the largest employee-owned electrical distributors in the world. We have been dedicated to employee satisfaction since 1984, when Don Reynolds Sr. opened our first location in Dallas, Texas. In 2018, The Reynolds Company became part of McNaughton-McKay Electric Company, our parent company, headquartered in Madison Heights, Michigan. With all of our brands combined, we now have 60+ locations in the US and Germany. This partnership also allows our employees to participate in the McNaughton-McKay Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). With our ESOP, employees are invested stakeholders and play an active role in the success of our organization.
