We have been dedicated to employee satisfaction since 1984, when Don Reynolds Sr. opened our first location in Dallas, Texas. In 2018, The Reynolds Company became part of McNaughton-McKay Electric Company, our parent company, headquartered in Madison Heights, Michigan. Together, combined with all of our brands, we now have 60 plus locations in the US and Germany. This partnership also allowed our employees to participate in the McNaughton-McKay Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
