Simplified Machine Status Indication
The fastest way to communicate a machine’s status to the operator is a visual indication. 852C and 852D On-Machine™ LED Indicators from Rockwell Automation® are a compact product designed for industrial settings. These indicators come in basic, programmable or IO-Link versions to meet your application requirements.
The new IO-Link option offers simplified programming and “plug and play” functionality, making it easy to integrate into your system. The IO-Link product reduces the number of outputs required to drive the same device, inventory stock and the wiring required for installation. You can set up your On-Machine LED Indicator to blink specific codes and colors to signal part quality updates, running status, alarms and other critical notifications and with IO-Link communication, operators can quickly check these indications on a local HMI screen.
