Louisiana Region Personnel Announcement
It is with warm wishes that I announce Tony Zumo’s intent to retire December 31st of this year.
Since joining our company 19 years ago as our first Louisiana hire, Tony has been instrumental in building upon The Reynolds Company’s culture and vision. His passion and loyalty to our company coupled with a daily belief and commitment to each one of us personally and professionally will be missed. I am confident in saying that we will move forward stronger given his leadership and more importantly his friendship. Please join me in wishing Tony & Monica along with their family continued blessings as they move forward enjoying this well-deserved next chapter of their lives.
Over the last several weeks, Tony has assisted with the transition of his responsibilities, which will be assumed with the announcement of Eddie Burdette as Regional Manager of the Baton Rouge and New Orleans branches.
Eddie joined The Reynolds Company in New Orleans as an account manager in 2019. Prior to joining The Reynolds Company, he was with the Schell Co. in various sales and management roles. Eddie, Amy and their six-year-old son Charlie live in Mandeville, LA. Congratulations Eddie, and welcome to your new role.
Dale Briscoe, who is currently our Branch Sales Manager covering the Lake Charles operation, will assume the day-to-day leadership responsibilities working with the Lafayette team.
Dale joined The Reynolds Company as Sales Manager in 2014 responsible for the Lake Charles market. Prior to joining The Reynolds Company, Dale held various sales and management roles with another distributor. Dale has been instrumental in building out a strong team in Lake Charles that has grown our local market value while enhancing our overall value to all customers we serve.
