2026 Sessions
This session highlights what’s new and coming up for Rockwell Automation® Lifecycle Services and Power Solutions. See how integrated services and power technologies support reliability, modernization and long-term asset performance.
This session gives an overview of the latest updates on Rockwell Automation® industrial control products and software. Learn about enhancements and upcoming developments that support performance, connectivity and system scalability.
This session demonstrates how Rockwell Automation’s FactoryTalk® Optix™ is reshaping HMI and SCADA architectures. See key updates and roadmap highlights, including how FT Optix supports edge-to-enterprise visualization using MQTT and OPC UA. Attendees will learn about designing scalable, secure HMI solutions that enable real-time data access and digital transformation.
This session explores Rockwell Automation’s data center technology landscape with a focus on industrial automation solutions. Review SCADA, building automation and power system architectures that support reliability, scalability and uptime. Attendees will see how Rockwell Automation® and The Reynolds Company deliver successful, integrated data center solutions.
This session explores the key considerations when designing Low Voltage MCCs and E-House systems. See a comparison of traditional hardwired LV MCCs against modern intelligent MCC architectures and learn how design decisions around harmonics, arc mitigation and system integration impact safety, reliability and long-term performance.
This session delivers a practical, standards-based overview of Continuous Thermal Monitoring (CTM) for low- and medium-voltage electrical equipment, aligned with NFPA 70E, NFPA 70B, and IEEE 2969-2025. Participants will learn CTM system architecture, sensor technologies, installation best practices, alarm configuration and data analysis to support predictive maintenance and safer energized equipment management. Hands-on exercises reinforce real-world application of CTM data for maintenance and reliability decision-making.
ELPRO’s next-generation IIoT solution, the Quantum Edge, was designed to be the bridge between existing mission-critical assets and the future of edge intelligence, delivering measurable savings and protection for the future. In this session, attendees will get a live demonstration of a Wide Band 900 MHz solution delivering OT data throughput up to 10MBps allowing Ethernet/IP communications between a scanner to an adapter wirelessly then transmitting selectable IT data via MQTT Sparkplug B.
Today, IIoT projects demand more than a box that connects sensors to the cloud. They need resilience, protocol flexibility, low total cost of ownership, and a platform that won’t become obsolete the minute a new standard or use-case appears. In this session, attendees will see a live demonstration of LoRaWAN, a new wireless technology that is currently revolutionizing applications in the Oil & Gas industry.
This session covers the PlantPAx® Distributed Control System architecture and core capabilities. Review general process automation guidelines, key tools, licensing considerations, design checklists and migration solutions to support implementation and modernization. Attendees will learn how PlantPAx provides a scalable, standardized foundation for process operations.
This session outlines best practices for designing reliable and high-performance industrial networks inside the control panel, covering device-level ring (DLR) topologies, new ETAP™ products and updates to the Stratix® managed switch family. Gain practical insights into improving network resiliency, diagnostics and scalability at the panel level.
This session outlines best practices for building reliable industrial networks from the control panel to the control room. Learn about PRP architectures, ways to eliminate single points of failure and key industrial security considerations. Attendees will recieve practical guidance on designing resilient, secure networks that support uptime and long-term system performance.
Effective data collection is critical for optimizing production, but traditional methods (such as manual recording and PLC data collection) come with many problems. Manual data entry often misses micro-stoppages and includes operator bias, while PLC-based systems suffer from inconsistencies, high costs, and lengthy revalidation. This session explores how to overcome these outdated methods of data collection and expand to all assets, real-time signal monitoring, fault learning, and digital twins.
This session outlines design and architecture practices that maximize ControlLogix® performance. Learn key considerations for ControlLogix Redundancy, high-availability system design and the integration of LogixSIS® for safety-critical applications. Attendees will gain practical guidance for building scalable, reliable and resilient control systems.
This session equips attendees to successfully modernize legacy control systems. Experts share key considerations for upgrading hardware, software and services, including communication protocols and system compatibility. Attendees will learn to use lifecycle management and asset inventory solutions to assess risk, prioritize upgrades and build a clear modernization roadmap.
Many industrial facilities struggle with siloed data and inefficient workflows that disrupt or slow down responses to process alarms or other in-plant issues. A well-rationalized alarm system provides targeted alerts to the right person at the right time, guides through corrective actions, and captures improvement-driving data. In this session, participants will learn how an effective issue management system provides layers of information for more detailed analysis and greater visibility into underlying problem conditions.
While Wi-Fi 6E introduced the 6 GHz spectrum, Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) is engineered to maximize it, transforming it from a "fast lane" into a massive, 1200 MHz, 320 MHz-wide, non-congested superhighway for data. In this session, attendees will learn how Wi-Fi 7 leverages the 6 GHz band to deliver "Extremely High Throughput" (EHT). Explore the technical, real-world value of 6 GHz in alleviating congestion and enabling next-generation performance.
